For those that appreciate the creamy richness of a perfectly aged white, this is for you! A
wine of charming fruit character and firm acidity. Time has rounded out the edges and integrated the elements making it Chardonnay-esque in character. Aromatics of white
peach and honeysuckle segue to a graceful palate of apricot nuances with
notes of saffron and white flowers.
The fruit was barrel fermented, completed
malolactic conversion, and was aged for nine months in neutral French
oak barrels before bottling. It is Chardonnay-esque in character but with more fruit.
