A
wine of charming fruit character and firm acidity. Time has rounded out the edges. Aromatics of white
peach and honeysuckle segue to a graceful palate of apricot nuances with
notes of saffron and white flowers.
The fruit was barrel fermented, completed
malolactic conversion, and was aged for nine months in neutral French
oak barrels before bottling. It is Chardonnay-esque in character but with more fruit.
Originally $26 a bottle, $15.60 when purchased by the case. No further discounts.
